High and Low Voltage Complete Power Distribution Cabinet

As the name implies, the high and low voltage power distribution cabinet is the power distribution equipment used for power distribution, control, measurement and cable connection in the power supply system.

Product Description

As the name implies, the high and low voltage power distribution cabinet is the power distribution equipment used for power distribution, control, measurement and cable connection in the power supply system. After the high voltage switchgear is stepped down by the power transformer, the low voltage side is led to the low voltage power distribution cabinet. From the cabinet to the power distribution panel, control box, switch box, etc., there are switches, circuit breakers, fuses, buttons, indicators, meters, wires and other protective devices assembled into one to meet the design function requirements. Equipment for electrical installations.

The high-voltage cabinets KYN61, KYN28, HXGN15-12, SF6 sulfur hexafluoride inflatable ring network cabinets produced by Quande Electric Group Co., Ltd., and the low-voltage cabinets MNS, GCK, GCS, GGD, GGJ, XL power cabinets, JP cabinets, etc. are widely used in Suitable for 6KV/6.3KV / 7.2KV / 10KV / 12KV / 22KV / 24KV /
33KV / 35KV / 40.5KV substations and box-type transformers for urban power grid reconstruction, residential quarters, high-rise buildings, industrial and mining, hotels, shopping malls, airports, railways, oil fields, docks, expressways, and temporary power installations and other indoor and outdoor places .

Safety Technical Operation Regulations

1. When working on all or part of the live disk, the maintenance equipment should be separated from the operating equipment with obvious signs.

2. The secondary windings with current transformers and voltage transformers should have permanent and reliable protective grounding.

3. When working on the secondary circuit of the running current transformer, the following safety measures should be taken:

3.1 It is strictly forbidden to disconnect the current loop.

3.2 In order to reliably short-circuit the secondary coil of the current transformer, short-circuit plates and short-circuit wires must be used, and wire winding is prohibited.

3.2 It is forbidden to do any work on the loop and wire between the current transformer and the short-circuit terminal.

4. When working on the secondary circuit of the voltage transformer in operation, the following safety measures should be taken:

4.1 Strictly prevent short circuit or grounding

4.2 Insulated tools and gloves should be used, and the relevant relay protection devices should be disabled before work if necessary.

4.3 When connecting temporary loads, special switches and fuses must be installed.

4.4 During the electrification test of the secondary circuit, in order to prevent reverse voltage transformation from the secondary side to the primary, in addition to disconnecting the secondary circuit, the primary fuse should also be removed.

4.5 Before the secondary circuit is energized or tested for withstand voltage, the on-duty officer and relevant personnel should be notified, and personnel should be sent to guard the site, check the circuit, and pressurize after confirming that no one is working.

4.6 The staff who check the power-off protection and the secondary circuit are not allowed to perform any switching operations without the permission of the on-duty personnel.
